What were the objectives?
- Introduce Datacolor to the media, putting a face to the company.
- Demonstrate new products – the Spyder LensCal and Spyder Checkr.
What did we do?
- Arranged briefings with seven key UK photography publications attending Photokina.
- Attended the event in Cologne to provide support and staff the briefings.
What were the results?
- Datacolor has now met with some of the top photography press in the UK and had the opportunity to explain its position in the market and demonstrate its products.
- All press expressed interest in reviewing the Spyder LensCal and Spyder Checkr when they are available in the UK. To date, nine samples have been sent to the press. We have had to request more products to meet the demand!
- Coverage is expected to come through over the next four months, ensuring ongoing interest in the products.
